Finance Committee

  • The Finance Committee currently meets the Sunday before the monthly Board meeting, at 4 pm at the Riverwest Public House.
  •  
  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage deposits, change, and the checkbook.
  • Coordinate with accountant.
  • Develop the monthly operating budget and budget projections.
  • Review trends and prepare for fluctuations.
  • Authorize substantial purchases after review of proposals.
  • Attend to membership costs and discount structure.
  • Oversee member loan program.
